Not everyone has access to the kind of birth support they deserve. Whether your local options don’t align with your values or you simply want guidance from someone who sees birth as a meaningful rite of passage, virtual mentorship offers a flexible and empowering path forward.

  • Each virtual session is tailored to your unique needs. We might work through creating your birth plan, navigating hospital systems, preparing your partner for a supportive role, processing a previous birth, or planning for postpartum care. It’s support designed to meet you where you are.

    If you’re not sure how much support you’ll need, that’s okay. Many clients start with a single session and go from there. I typically recommend:

    • One session if you need clarity on a specific topic—like birth preferences or partner prep

    • Two to three sessions if you're looking for more holistic support through pregnancy

    • Four or more sessions if you want consistent guidance from early pregnancy through postpartum planning

    • People who want to plan with intention - not just go with the flow

    • First-time parents preparing for birth as a rite of passage - not a procedure

    • Parents who’ve experienced a difficult or traumatic birth and are ready to make this time different.

    • Families without access to a local doula who shares their philosophy who still want deeply grounded support

  • Single session (75 minutes): $185

    • Multi-session clients: (3+ sessions) $165 per session

    • Payment plans available | FSA/HSA eligible

    • Discount for 3+ sessions is given on the third session.

Why I do this work:

I believe giving birth is one of the most important transitions in a woman’s life—on par with a wedding day or any other profound rite of passage. And yet, far too many women are disempowered or even traumatized on the threshold of motherhood.

After walking my own birth journey, I realized just how positive, awe-inspiring, and empowering birth can be. I became a doula and birth mentor to help more women experience what I know is possible—rather than the disconnection and dismissal so many have faced.

I support women in preparing for births that leave them amazed by their own strength, grounded in self-trust, and ready to step into motherhood with confidence.
